Poor customer service, still no feedback

<p>I made the order forthe phone 3 weeks ago, unfortunalty the fedex vechile used was hijacked. "I" was the one that had to contact fedex and get told the vehicle had been hijacked, no person from orange found it nessassary to contact me at all! I sent a mail to them asking for feedback and a reorder, still no response to this day. I had to get hold of them on !FACEBOOK! to get any form of feedback. I requested a refund as im still stuck with nothing... as of now, I have no phone, no feedback from the orange team and no refund.  order# 6AW54A1CA223</p>
