Terrbible customer service

<p>Little Italy in Glenanda is the worst restaraunt i have EVER dealt with and are  extremely rude and inconsiderate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked for a function of 60 people in a secluded area and all was to our satisfaction and they promised they will help us where ever they can. Clearly it was too good to be true. Two days before the function, a manager by the name of Themba says "sorry but we can not accomodate where you initially booked as this was a mistake by our manager for booking this area and we expecting this night to be full so you can not have this area". Me fuming trying to resolve this, has to the deal with this manager, Themba, laughing because i am getting frustrated.</p> <p> </p> <p>So effectively they telling us two days before we cannot have the function here because they expecting to be busy. Customer Service?  Terrible. Manager dealing with customers? Pathetic</p>
