Mis selling Vehicle and House Policy

<p>These guys are con men issuing incomplete policies and when a claim comes along they send over a policy (PDF document) twice as long outlining exlusions not previously discussed or agreed to.  They drag out the process thinking after 3 or 4 months everyone will forget.  All evidence I have is documented.  Peter ********** is the supposed salesman and Roger Byrne the supposed owner **********  </p>
