damage to car, don't use

I should have checked the review before I used Express airport parking. I made use of the service in Jul 2022 and at first the service wasn't too bad. I received my instructions etc. unfortunately when I arrived back from my trip one of my front hubcaps were gone which I immediately noticed. one of the drives had a funny attitude about it but I made it clear to them that they didn't note anything on their report and they told me it will be investigated. it took me forever to get hold of a guy called Michael at the office as he never returns a phone call. I was just told they would investigate and surprise surprise I never heard a word. you can clearly see my rim is bent and that caused the hubcap to pop off and he juts made light of the matter saying that you can easily bend the rim back and they will look for a hubcap for me. later when I contacted Michael again he had clearly forgotten about my case. I had to send the images again. I would avoid this company at all costs!
