Before covid we purchased tickets to travel overseas for 6 people using holiday travel through discovery. It has been almost 2 years and we have not been able to use our tickets. When contacting holiday travel and discovery they assured us they could refund us and it would take a maximum of 16 wks. We received our reference number but since then no communication and when you can phone the call gets disconnected. Be very careful booking anything through vitality rewards as we have lost a lot of money due to this situation

<p>So I booked a trip to lanseria for the 16th January but upon receiving my confirmation email the system had changed my travel dates. I contacted mango as soon as possible only to be told that is not their problem and I must pay over R700 to change my flights to the correct dates. I argued with them over the phone for 45mins as why should I pay for a system error. I eventually was told that they will give the problem over to IT and contact me within 24hrs. Its now going onto 48hrs with no contact. Very disappointed will never use mango again</p>
