Bad service
My vehicle was rear ended by a truck on 28 May 2021. Went through my insurer, Santam and was instructed to take the vehicle to Premier Bodyworks in Uitenhage. I was requested by Premier to bring the car in on 26 June 2021, as they were awaiting parts from Germany. It is now 17 September 2021 and I still don't have my car back. When I enquired about the vehicle yesterday, I was told that the rear window will be fitted today. When Autoboys (the glass supplier) came to fit, did they realise it was the incorrect size. It has now become a blame game between Santam, Premier bodyworks & Autoboys. Nobody wants to take responsibility but in the meantime I'm being inconvenienced and paying for a vehicle that I do not have. I contacted VW customer service at 11:15am to ask for assistance or advice and also no feedback yet. Where has customer service gone? Nobody is taking responsibility for this whole mess!!! I am totally disgusted at the whole lot, from Santam, VW, Autoboys and not to mention Premier Bodyworks. You guys must get your house in order and give service for what I pay for!!!!!

Worst ever
My husband has been trying to close his Edgars for months now. Several visits to the store and emails are proving useless. How many more times must "final amounts and settlement amounts" be paid if the balance was nil for months on end? This is just a money making scheme and totally unfair towards us. We don't use the account but every month another hundred odd Rands get added. What for??? Please close account number 6008150109749053 with immediate effect!!!!!!

What a bunch of crooks! I bought a voucher that they advertise through Bargain Buys, but before I bought it, I enquired about availability for the required period. I was told they could accommodate us and a room rate was quoted. When I phoned back minutes later to book, as soon as he heard Bagain buy voucher, he changed and said it's peak season for them during March & April. Why that time, I would love to know too! I reported it to Bargain Buys and the lodge was contacted. BB was told that they are fully booked for Feb, Mar & April which means I cannot use the voucher cos it expires end March. Bear in mind that the voucher cannot be used Dec or January either, so where does that leave me... Be warned people, they obviously want their full room rates & scam people into buying their vouchers from Bargain Buys.
