Continuous Unlawfully Debit order
I applied in this institution for my son in 2017 around August, registration forms we sent I completed them and send them back including debit order form. No response from them up until mid December. Beginning of December I did another application with another institution and my son was accepted in the other institution. Mid December I got an email from Academy of sound saying I have been provisionally accepted I was expected to pay R5000 registration. Immediately I responded that I'm not interested. In April 2018 debited order R4999 from Academy of Sound was put through my account, I reversed it and wrote an email plus phone call to Academy asking them to rectify that and never to debit my account. May 2018 another debit order went through my account again and I sent another email plus phone call was made to Academy. I was promised that it will sorted. June and July there was no debit order however end of August another debit order R4999 just went through my account. I am at the stage where I'm really ****ed of with this institution, I'm concluding that they unethical institution made up of crooks stealing my money. Every time I reverse this debit orders I get charged Bank charges. I escalated the matter to one of their Director GeorgeJ who doesn't respond to emails. Please assist to get this crooks to stop stealing my money. I have emails to that effect.

Pathetic Service from Ekurhuleni Reference 2259172 - acnt-no 2600480408
<p>My power got cut-off on 25th till Monday afternoon even though Siyakhokha confirms payment, lost R3000 grocery due to NO POWER, all what I am getting from Ekurhuleni is silence, I sent an email to Thulani Mathibile, no acknowledgement, no feedback, what a pathetic service from this Municipality. Still expected to continue smilling, you should be ashamed of your self.</p>
