SCAM!!!! I found an advert on JunkMail for a graphics card. After encountering about the product I was asked to put an order though their website. Thje wbsite seems legit. i had to register and the place an order. After placing the order I had to ask for the banking details to make an EFT. My order was confirmed and I received an alleged tracking number on the day of delivery. On this email though I was asked to pay an insurance fee for the transport of the product. I contacted the seller and refused to pay this additional fee, as the courier company did not exist on the web and no-one answered on the number provided

After endlless emails and no feedback from Virseker, I have no choice but to write to Peter..

My car was insured at Virseker for private use. 'Private use' according to Virseker includes being covered when driving to work and back home and for social use. I was in a car accident after a meeting outside of office and Virseker refused to pay out a single cent. After having to pay for the damages myself, I have sent numerous emails asking for a proportional payout(in the least) for the damage to my car. The premium I paid for 'private use' is also much more than what I am now paying for 'business use'. I understand that the insurance law states that if your premium is too high, you are covered for more than your contract states, According to me I was then wrongly insured and Virseker can (in the extreme least) pay back the premiums I paid them.

The email ********** (found on their website) responds with a "not able to deliver" reply. This means this email adress do not exixt??

I hope someone at Virseker can resolve this ongoing issue. I have no choice but to go to the Insurance Ombudsman if they do not.
