CANNOT GET HOLD OF MWEB TO CANCELL SERVICE - STAY AWAY FROM MWEB!!!
I signed up with MWEB for Mitchells Fibre in November 2019. At the time I was with Cell C LTE and wanted to move to over to Fibre. I first waited out my contract with Cell C and 23rd of December I try to contact MWEB to buy a voucher but to no avail. Not a single number is answered ever. I have now tried to sign up with Afrihost but experiencing problems because MWEB has my address registered with Mitchells Fibre which is now causing delays. Im beyond frustrated. Ive contacted their FB page Ive received a reply to sent an inbox message yet no response still. Mweb is a disater another Telkom in the making. No please excuse that I was with Telkom ADSL for yerar even though I waited 20minuets at a time my calls was answered and if I was owed credit it was issued. I want this service cancelled with MWEB but absolutely no one ever responds. Disgusting
