Trying to rectify my mistake during the Web mail migration without success. After 5 e-mails (Ref no MWB33556381) and 3 attempts to phone them, being cut of after 1H57, 1h59 & 1h08 and USING WhatsApp and their app I could not spoke to an agent yet. You move from caller 11 in the row, to 2 and then line cuts after more than 2 hours Person on e-mail initially didn't understand, and then start to sent me from pillar to post. Can I please speak to a human to assist me.
I have been struggling for close to 2 years to get the group death and disability benefits offered to me by my previous employer removed from my profile on the Momentum cellphone App as I left their services back in 2023.
Premuims are running away so insured carry majority of risk
