We bought a vehicle at Gauteng Vehicle Auctioneers in Randburg for R134 986.70 on 19 June 2017. The sale was cancelled due the vehicle having serious Safety Issues with no airbags and no mention of this before sale. SA Gauteng Vehicle Auctioneers confirmed cancellation with full refund, with signed written confirmation. He arranged to pay us on 1 August 2017. On the 1st, he came with stories, he will pay on the 2nd. on the 2nd, he only paid R30 000. He then agreed to pay the full balance on 9 August 17. On the 9th, he only paid R35 000.00. On the whatsup message, he ‘promised’ to pay the balance on Saturday 12 August 17. 16 August 2017 he is ignoring my calls, stalling me by saying the balance was paid on whatsup, but he does not have proof. ****r Mohammed owes me R70 000. He had my money since 19 June 2017. He took my money and the vehicle. He is stalling and stalling and consumers have to be aware of his actions. It cannot be legal to take a person's money, agree in writing to refund, and then stalling.

Good morning

I would just like to share my experience we had with Karmic Breeders Yorkshire Terriers. They have a wonderfull website. We enquired about a pocket size Yorkie, they had and we bought one for R5500. I was unable to go, so my daughter went to buy the pup. On arrival, they were more interested in getting paid and insisted they watch my daughter log into my bank account and do the transfer, no privacy was given. They made my daugher sign papers without explaining anything. My daughter left with the pup. A day later, she took the pup to Vet, turned out pup has catflu. Obviously we tried to save the pup, but in the end she passed away. We immediately called Karmic, who wanted proof, we supplied and they swopped the puppy. Turned out, this puppy was also sic**** I have Veternary bills of R12 000, I paid R5500 for a puppy, and the breeders are taking no responsibility. Their response is we should not have bought a pup who just had her injections 2 days before... NEVER MIND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE SELLING THE PUPS!!! Then, best of all, I have a normal size Yorki - paid all that money, and they are smiling. The pup they 'swopped' me, was advertised on their website for R2000 - when i asked for a refund, or payment of Vetenary bills, they are denying they sell sick puppies, and the fact that the injections were given 2 days before we took ownership is our problem.

I just want to make animal lovers aware, be carefull when buying puppies from Karmic Breeders, they take no ownership, they just want the money in the bank and go. Their contract reads you have to take the puppy to a Vet within 2 days, which we did, and yet, they still refuse to take ownership. It is a very sad story which I hope will make you aware to take note and be carefull where you buy 'breeder' pets.
