I came in on Sunday a week ago to your Fourways Mall branch, to inquire about the replacement of my lost wedding band. I was informed that the ring could be remade, and did a sizing which turned out to be a half size smaller than the previous one, which I then arranged to get a quote on to receive during the next week. I then phoned your branch (Fourways Mall) 3 working days later, after having not yet received a quote, and I was told that I would get the quote by latest Friday which was 2 working days later. Then I phoned again at around 2pm on that Friday, after having still not received the quote, and I was told that I would be phoned back later that afternoon with some feedback on the quote, which did not take place. It is now 7 days since I requested the quote, and still I have not received the quote. It seems to me Brown's is making so much money they don't need to worry about 20-40k falling through the cracks.
I have been debited twice in one month for May 2023, and because I was in arrears by a month it was now two payments for two months each. The thing is I have tried contacting them through their WhatsApp, through their website through the contact us page where I captured and sent through my details twice, and I have tried to phone them now on 3 occasions - and still I am waiting and have had no reply whatsoever from them, and it is now 2 hours later. The service with this service provider is insanely shocking!!!
I am trying to get a provident preservation transferred from Discovery Invest to Allan Gray. I am so disgusted with Discovery, Allan Gray requested a Discovery Client Declaration to be sent to them by Discovery Invest. Allan Gray requested it on the 22nd November, and today it is already the 5th December, and Allan Gray has had not so much as a response from Discovery in the two weeks thatt have elapsed. I have now contacted Discovery myself, and still no response from them. Furthermore the so-called "investments" I have taken out with Discovery have performed so dsmally, where my investments in other institutions have done so much better, and on top of this Discovery is so unbelievably expensive in fees for their policies. I am taking all my investments out of Discovery, including transferring my medical aid to another provider. Discovery is just out for self enrichment of itself and doesn't care at all for it's customers. I honeslty want nothing to do with this company anymore.
We experienced a burst geyser in our sectional title house. The invoice was sent by the service provider to Sisonke at the insurance division at Angor Property Specialists. I must say it was a pleasure working with Sisonke, emails were responded to quickly and notification of things was given early on in the process, Sisonke also processed everything very quickly, and was very polite in all of the interactions. Overall it was a really pleasant experience. Thank you Sisonke.
I resigned from FNB 5 months ago, and elected to keep my FNB provident fund with Momentum FNB's fund manager of their provident fund. A few months back I logged into the Momentum website with my ID number and it did not reflect that I had an investment with Momentum. I phoned and I was assured the money was there and that it would reflect on my account when I log in again. Now 4 dasys ago I logged in and still it says I have no investments with Momentum - this time I queried it on the Momentum website, why can I not see the investment. And 4 days later I have still not received any response from Momentum.
I gave in my script 3 months ago to Pick 'n Pay Pharmacy, and getting my medicines monthly has been an endless headache. In month 1 of my script I requested via the App that my meds get delivered to my home address. Three days later after the meds were to be delivered I ended up going to the pharmacy to question why I hadn't received my meds, they informed me it was loaded on the system for pick up, and I definitely entered into the App for delivery with my address etc. In month 2, I go pick up my meds in store, on the day I am told I must collect, and they are short of some of my meds, the pharmacist tells me they will definitely deliver that day or latest the next day. Well I waited a week and a half, then phoned them! The pharmacist apologises and the meds are delivered. In month 3, I ensure that I have captured on the App for delivery, the delivery day comes and goes with no meds delivered, I phone them... the pharmacist tells me it was captured on the system for pick up, which was definitely a lie... eventually they deliver. Now it is month 4... and the App has not notified me that I can order again, and it is past the time that I should have been notified with an sms... which tells me the pharmacist must have removed me off the system for notification?! And this is now repeat 4 of 6 repeats. This is the Pick. 'n Pay pharmacy in Lonehill, Sandton. This is also the first and last script I will be handing in at this pharmacy... will have to go back to Clicks.
Made a booking with the dentist Dr. Pieter van den Bergh 4 weeks in advance. Get phoned the day before the booking by his assistant to be told I cannot see him at the time I booked the following day and the only time available that he can see me is 9am that morning. But I have commitments and cannot see him when it suits him, I made a booking at a certain time for a reason. And his assistant wasn't at all helpful... in fact completely unhelpful and only to keen on just cancelling my booking which she ended up doing... because he had one time available and no other, which I couldn't make - so just cancel me and send me a message to tell me my appointment is cancelled. Well I will never use Medicross ever again for anything!!!! This is medicross Carlswald, Midrand.
Booked a honeymoon in Dec 2019 for Sep 2020 with Pentravel to Mauritius. Indicated wanted to fly with air Mauritius. The agent Sasha-Lee from the Bedfordview branch, Johannesburg insisted I go with SAA because they are cheaper etc so I changed to SAA. Now because of corona and SAA woes they (SAA) have given me a voucher for the value of the flight tickets.But I have insisted all along that I want my money back. I was insisted with Pentravel's insurance company with fully comprehensive but they refused to do anything about my flight tickets. I took the advise of Sasha-Lee because she is supposed to be the expert and Pentravel the professionals, but i will never use Pentravel and Thompsons travel ever again. These flight tickets cost me R17000 which i am now going to loose. To say i am upset is a gross understatement.
Ford Fury Woodmead service is absolutely terrible - don't waste your time with them. My wife took her ford ranger to them for a service about 5 weeks ago. She got the car back from them the same day but all the things that were wrong with it were not fixed (the 4x4 diff lock, indicators). They said they did not have the parts in stock and that they would order and give her a call. It has been 5 weeks now and they haven't phoned her once!!! She has been phoning them since after two weeks every two days or so, and they keep telling her they need to contact this and that department and they will contact her after they have spoken to their parts department. It has been five weeks and they still have not phoned her once!!! I am writing this review on my wifes behalf, because what she is receiving from Ford Fury Woodmead once can't even begin to describe as a service offering. This was and will definitely be the last service at Ford Fury Woodmead for my wife and her car.
