I placed an order (256232642) of which the items did not fit, and received this on 27 June. I logged a return on 28 June and requested for the items to be collected from me on 5 July. No one called me to pick up the items. I sent multiple emails and also called the service centre on 5 July, with the promise that promise that the matter would be escalated and that someone would call back and that also did not happen. The website indicates that the Jeep Apparel service centre can be called on Saturdays from 8-1, yet I have been holding for more than an hour, no one picks up. I still have an order that does not fit and I please want to return this. I do not understand why someone cannot just respond so that the order can be returned??
We bought a Defy 900mm extractor fan from House & Home Tyger Valley in 2020. On 18 January 2021, we reported the extractor faulty, after the glass lid fell of (We received job number 1394337). A technician came out and reported the brackets needs to be replaced and that we should also put in filters, as the extractor is not working. This was in February 2021. It is now November, and after countless calls we were told today that the call has been closed by Defy, this without us being notified, and our extractor is still broken! We reported the broken extractor within the warranty, but there is no service. We are so frustrated, and money definitely wasted, and still no working extractor fan in my house. We are desperate for Defy to just either fix our extractor or to replace it!
