Excellent service...I bought from PC Shopper for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised with their quick delivery. I bought a Brother printer T530DW and I got a discount for purchasing with EFT and they delivered within 3 days. The printer is nicely packaged and of course sealed as it is brand new. Thank you so much...if your service is always like this. I will recommend you to my friends. The printer is working well as well...I would recommend it to small business as well
I got a call from one agent from Mondo in November 2022, selling an MTN contract which was none existing claiming it was a black-friday special (he said it was R99 for 30 gig with a router and I will not pay anything for cancelation). 3 days after agreeing to the contract, the sim was delivered but the router was not in the package. I called to find out why and I was told to give it time as the router usually gets delivered couple of days after the Sim card. So I waited for additional 3 days. After 3 days, I called the call center and to my surprise, I was told that the contract which I got did not include a router and it is actually R199 pm. I immediately launched a complain and they escalated it. I was pleasantly surprise what I got a call from Mondo saying that the investigation was in my favor and the contract will be canceled and I will not pay anything. A month later I got an email from mtn saying that I have an outstanding bill of R199. I ignored it thinking that Mondo will do the payment as promised. I that getting these emails more frequently and the amount was increasing. I called Mondo, and I was told that they still have to pay MTN and they sent the request to their finance department. I kept getting emails from MTN and I kept calling Mondo, I kept on getting the same response. Until today (28 Feb 2022), when I call the call center, I am told that it is in the Finace department, it will be processed by next week. Every week, I am being told next. I am so frustrated. The account is currently reflecting in my credit record and I can't get any jobs as it is. Very inhumane and unconsiderate. I wouldn't advice anyone to go with Mondo. When things go wrong, they will leave you hanging.
Satrix contact center is not working...I get a voicemail when I call saying it is due to the lockdown that it is down. That is I understand. What I don't understand is that the voicemail also says that "one should send them an email" of which I did on the 15th of this month but until today I have not received a reply from them. My money is currently hanging in limbo, not invested and I am getting no communication from them.
I have deposited money into my satrix account and now when I want to buy the securities, I get a message saying that "Your transaction has already taken place.". I tried to call the Satrix Call Center but I get a message which says that "they are unable to take calls due to lockdown; I must send the query to "helpme" email address" I sent this query to this to this email last week on Thursday (11/06). I only got an automated response but no response from the agents
I purchased rain unlimited 24/7 4G...I have sent them an email requesting for a refund, and then I went to HelloPeter and after reading all the complaints on non-existing customer service, my confidence on them is now very low...I am only praying and hoping that they do refund me my money. Especially because they have no call center and no email address.
Good day, I am terribly frustrated with your service. I have been trying to complete a business transaction which requires me to do an upload online but because of night shift data I can only complete this transaction after 12 o'clock midnight but for the past two days, your internet banking site and app has been down and you don't bother to notify us your clients about it. This is costing me more than you can imagine and I will fail to meet the deadline with my client set because of your unforeseen downtime. This is not acceptable and it is not a good way of dealing with your clients. You should at least inform us of this downtime so that one can make alternative arrangements. This is simply poor customer service and a disregard on your side. I am extremely frustrated

I wanted to buy a samsung galaxy grand pro from Zasttra...when I was about to purchase, I so that they have an option for wallet which you can put it money to make the purchase and exchange of the item you looking for easy but then moments later, I decided that I would like a refund from the wallet because they don't give a discount when you purchasing from the wallet. I have been trying to contact them via: email, website chat and telephonically but I get no response in either of these communication channels. I am very disappointed with them. The only reason I trusted them was because I purchased something in 2015 and it was delivered the next day but what I am getting now is just poor service and negligence of customers from them. I kept holding twice on the phone for over 18 minutes and each time it becomes silent and then a voice say "thank you, good bye".
The organization that I work for created a idea sharing system where by we would accumulate points which in turn were converted to cash but the only way to use the cash was through the vmoola system. So I decided to make a vmoola debit card and they sent me the card with instructions of how to load the money...I chose to deposit the money via ATM, but I make a mistake of using a wrong reference. I called them since the money was not reflecting on the online wallet and eventually they picked up that it was because of the wrong reference after a week or so of calling. They sent me an affidavit stating that I had used a wrong reference as a reason for the delay. I signed and sent back the affidavit immediately and I thought that the matter would have been resolved by this but I had to wait two more weeks before the money would reflect in the wallet. I spoke with Byron and he told me the reason for this is because "It may be due to the fact that recently Bank of Athens (SABA) has been taken over by Grobank so we suspect something has gone wrong somewhere between the 2 banks." I again EFT's another money 3 days ago and still hasn't reflected. I just want to warn users that if you want banking facilities (for business or personal purposes), rather consider the traditional banking route. Vmoola, still has a lot of issue to sort out in terms of reliability and efficiency before one a consider them as a service provider.
