Not so nice R20 000,00 extra invoice surprise

<p>They were authorised to repair the clutch and gearbox on an Audi A4, which was done after we received a quote , authorized repairs and paid deposit for the parts needed. It was reported that there were repairs needed to the bodywork on the vehicle along with some other issues. Upon following up on the progress it was stated that the clutch and gearbox repair had been completed and the vehicle was at that time at a body repair centre, I thought to obtain a quote for the repairs needed. To my surprise the vehicle was in fact at that time being repaired and another R20 000 added to my bill, which was never even quoted on, and the vehicle won't be returned uuntill payment has been made in full.</p>
