<p>So this is my Story: I am so disappointed that it has come to this.<br />In the beginning October I used a Company called Shared Wealth Sa / Shared Wealth Africa<br />To order a duplication of DVD's.</p> <p>This is their Profile: "We facilitate any and all opportunities on behalf of SME's registered with us. We do not charge the organisations any additional costs but we do charge the Entrepreneurs 10 % of each successful quote (small margins but at least we having an impact). At the moment there are over 1500 SME's all performing various tasks. So we share opportunities amongst each other in order to ensure success for one another. I know it sounds a bit cliched but it is a 'I scratch your back, you scratch mine' relationship. We really just want to see one another succeed. Hopefully, if you have any other work, you could use us again. It can be anything. If we don't have the entrepreneurs in our pool we'll find them."</p> <p>I made the payment terms requested, In fact I paid them early as I was not going to be in the office when delivery should have happened 7- 10 days later.</p> <p>On The 24th of October (a month later) I was still following up on what is the outcome of my order. Even though I stipulated how urgent these disks were. On the 25th I was advised that they will collect and drop off for me. On the 28th I was promised that my full order would be done by close of business the next day.</p> <p>On the 4th November I was advised in writing that they will initiate a full Refund and proof of payment will sent once done, I am still waiting for this to happen 15th December.</p> <p>They have advised me that they waiting on the refund from the company they placed the order with?</p> <p>When it comes to Business there is not friendship that can allow things like this to happen... Or how do we all become successful if some people make empty promises. Service is great when they getting the order but the after service has been shocking to say the least.</p> <p>So My question is, Surely if this is the basis and nature of their business they have worked the risk into their contracts. It should not be my problem and they are still accountable for giving me my refund?</p> <p>Still struggling to get a response to my calls and emails....</p> <p>Thank you Yaqeen Turton for this service, it will truly be one to remember!</p>
