Thanks to Thembi at the front desk at ABSA 6th Ave . The service is usually rubbish and although it took an hour to reset my online banking, Thembi was great. ABSA generally is a nightmare. Why do you need to go into the branch for every thing???? My sister and I are both using wheelchairs. My bank allows you to do most things online or maybe by phone, I am encouraging my sister to change banks
Can you imagine a Magnum being inedible? Well go to Spar and buy a box of magnum minis. I was delighted to see Magnum on special at Spar 5 Ways (R 12 saving) so I bought 3 of the only 2 flavours available. (we needed a treat) I opened the packaging to find the stick cover with solid ice and on the inside the ice cream had separated from the outer chocolate by a centre. I cant describe the taste let me just say that i had to spit it out
Well I looked in the paper to find that the magnums are on special again. Imagine my surprise .....I am still waiting for my mine from 2 weeks ago
Thanks to Hello Peter David (the manager) called me back after the assistant manager forget to. And this particular problem is solved. How ever there were several specials not available again this week. How hard can it be to get extra stock when you know there will be a higher demand
Still waiting for the manager to get back to me. When he called on Friday I was very impressed. He said he would get back to me on Monday. So far nothing I am a little disappointed I am still in a wheelchair and my carer and friend is going shopping for me. I hope this is resolved by then
I just want to know why Pick n Pay Hypermarket Port Elizabeth, bother to advertise specials. This week I went there twice and twice the items I wanted were out of stock, Surely if they know they have special they must order enough to cope with demand. Whenever I ask they put the blame on suppliers..........again sort that out if you want people to keep shopping there I am in a wheelchair and I cannot jump in and out of the car. When they say we can give you a "Rain check" I want to scream
Navigating the world in a wheelchair is not easy. You have to rely on the kindness of strangers. So imagine my surprise, when I asked the security guard at Shops on 6th Avenue to help me with my wheelchair only to be told, "We are not allowed to help you," "Why ?" I asked, dumbstruck. "Management doesn't allow us to help." I was about to blow my top when a cleaner for the centre came through the door and helped me. He is allowed to help but not the security????? I would like to challenge anyone in management to get down the ramp, open the boot, out the shopping into the boot and than put the wheelchair in the back seat, and then get into the car. I have only recently been confined to a wheelchair because I need hip surgery and I have found that many places in Port Elizabeth don't really understand the needs of a wheelchair user. Doors that are too heavy to open, lifts, toilets (disabled toilets in some places are obviously not designed by anyone who has ever been in a chair.
I would usually be writing a negative review for this organisation becuase I have NEVER had a good experience at IC. Thank you to Sethu at Walmer Park who made my Incredible Connection experience good for a change. Make him manager
Please remove your Greenacres branch from your website so a handicapped person doesn't have to wander around the Bridge looking for you.
If you want to have a stress experience when your car breaks down. Carel at D and C Motors is not only a fantastic mechanic but a has a great work ethic. Thank you D and C Motors
