Rude and antagonistic staff! (The place is full of thieves)

<p>I was in the VIP section and my bag was stolen with all my belongings( Car keys,Drivers,ID,Home keys and Phone). I searched everwhere and made each and every staff member well aware that my bag was stolen.I asked what is the procedure for stolen goods and if they could see the footage as I could not go home without my car keys. They did not have a sense of urgency , the bouncers were very rude and could not sympathise with me. I waited untill 4am outside in the cold as I could not enter the venue again (the bouncer said once I was out , I can not get back in. I have to pay again) at 4am when the venue was closed ,I was still not allowed to see the footage. This made many of the people that came to the event speculate that it was one of the employees. I left my contact details and I havent heard from them.</p>
