Harsh Booking Rules
I booked a flight that cost R6309 for my wife, my wife cannot take the flight fro personal reasons, I still wish to use the flight but mytrip.com or flysaa are not allowing me to change the name. I chose the no support option but surely, like other airlines, you can pay an admin charge, and change the name. I have the ID of both people, the credit card that purchased the ticket. You dont even request an ID number to book the ticket. I cannot lose R6300. Please help

Overcharged with no solution
Nothing wrong with the pizza. Placed an order online, it comes to R134.90. When I go in store, there are pamphlets saying 2 large traditional pizzas for R119.90. Questioned the cashier, told me cannot do anything, if I called in, then I would have got that price. I was too frustrated and hungry to make a noise. Very poor. Robbed of R15.00.

Billing Fraud
I have a taken a smart data share contract in May 2017. I used my wifi to connect to DSTV catch up via the cell c router. This contract was taken at R499 pm. My account used to come around R800 pm but I thought that is must be due to over usage. Cell C would email me statements but I was never able to open it, they use infoslips, which I could never logon to. From Dec I got Uncapped Wifi from another service provider, but I still got a high account. I went into a branch to check on the account, they tell me that there is 'content services' charged for every month. This is some thing you normally accept via a link they told me. I am very disturbed at this, because I gave nobody permission to add on a service to my account, downright stealing/robbery. The sim has always been in a router, never used by a cell phone. I have sent a query to cell c today and wait a response to provide a solution. If this gets resolved ie. my money back for those charges. This problem can be closed amicably.

Dissatified
To Whom that will listen: It gives me great displeasure in writing this. Its been a very long day. My wife (3months pregnant) and I attended a dental conference at hartebee****rt from 8 to 4pm. We get to our accomodation at Sun City, The Cascades, to find out we do not have a room available for us. The hotel manager, called Lee, says it is unfortunate that there has been flooding on the floor, he will look to upgrade us, he said he will call us. He made arrangements for us to have supper. It was 8pm and no call. I then call the cascades and he says he has managed to get us a room at the vacation club. Definitely a downgrade and we get to the room and we find the toilet flush off the wall, shower mixer broken. Its almost 11pm now. We have no option but to stay here. I booked this in April. I do not know if ebucks clients get low priority but this has been very unpleasant. Please forward this to the relevant persons to hear our immense displeasure. Not happy

Con Artists
<p>I recently got married, September 2016. Paid the deposit, paid the balance before the wedding date. The photobooth was a no show. I have made numerous attempts to get my refund, no success. No reply to messages, emails and phone calls. On using another cell number, Willie the owner, answers and says he cannot believe they have not refunded me yet. he will get on it right away. No refund still. I sent a sms saying I will take this to social media and legally, he replied saying he will sort it out. Still no refund. </p> <p>BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. </p>
