I have been unable to access my account for a month now due to poor service. I've been having trouble updating my contact information so I can receive an OTP to enter my business account! After several follow-ups and no response at first, I received a document to sign. When I had to follow up again after 2 weeks and there had still been no change, I was told that the incorrect documents had been sent for me to sign and that new ones would be. Once more, a week has passed and I still lack access! There are 45 minute wait periods, and no one ever returns your call! I'm going to terminate this account and switch to FNB as soon as I receive the OTP—this service is horrible!
