Complain

My husband went to Ridge pharmacy on the 26 April to buy spasmend and sinutab severe sinus, he paid R128 for the medication, he wasn't supplied with an invoice they just registered it in to an book, when he arrived at home he handed me the meds, when I wanted to take the sinutab there was only 12 in the box instead of 24, when I phoned then they said they cannot give me another 12 and they also cannot refund me, I should come to then on Tuesday to see the owner, I'm very disappointed and I want the rest of the tablets.
