I have had no access to my online profile for months because of Old Mutual system changes. I have tried the call center and emails on numerous occasions with no success. You wait a really long time, get passed from one person to another and then the call gets dropped. Some references numbers I have received. Reference number: CEE ********** 63 - Ref: [SF ********** ]
<p>I requested a provident fund switch via email which was processed incorrectly on 25th April 2017. Old Mutual accepted the error which has cost me over R20,000. I have followed up with their call centre 3 times since then as well as having sent an email. On each occassion I was promised feedback within a few days. Todate (3 months later) I have not received any feedback or assistance.</p>
<p>This is a blatant fraud scam. They Advertise for R349 and debit your account for R2007.</p>
