<p>We made a booking via Bookings.com for 2 nights over Christmas.</p> <p> </p> <p>Drama started with the booking "not pulling full info through" which resulted in my daughter as a guest not reflecting. Hotel was unhelpful after 33 min initual call to try and fix it. After another 45 min with Bookings.com it was corrected.</p> <p> </p> <p>On arrival we were shocjed at the state of the place, the "family room", the smell, the lack of coherent staff and the cost of a terrible Christmas lunch, followed by no dinner other than the cold left over food dished up again and a drunk waiter!</p> <p> </p> <p>There was no Manager available as we wanted to leave and arrange a refund there and then. I was tild to report to the office at 8am as he would be in. No manager up to the point that we left at 10:30 without veibg able to come to an arrangement on 26 Dec</p> <p> </p> <p>I recieved an sms today, 28 Dec stating no refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNACCEPTABLE Mr Manager and Everglades "Hotel". You misrepresent yourselves and niw you are stealing from us too.</p> <p> </p>
