<p>I booked and paid the zip-lining with them on the same day, and as their brochure said it's 1 hour away I I decided to leave 2 hours before, so I went down to find a taxi, I didn't find a taxi until it was an hour before so I called them to try and reschedule because I was worried I won't be there on time, not only did they not agree to reschedule but they were extremely rude about it, even though I explained to them the situation.</p> <p>I asked for a full refund they refused, I asked for 50% refund as per their cancellation policy, they also refused.</p>
