jeera suncoast

<p>I made a reservation for 3 people at jeera at suncoast towers for lunch on new years day, I booked the buffet, sandile was the person that took the reservation, saying  it starts at 12h30.</p> <p>Upon arrival, we were told it only starts at 1pm, so we waited, at 1pm we went back, and they were still not ready for the lunch, eventually  we were seated at 13h20.</p> <p>We were then told there is no buffet at lunch time, by then I was frustrated as I had guests from pmb, so I called the manager,  he didn't have much to say , except a weak apology.</p> <p>Basically we waited an hour for no reason, very bad service over the festive season.</p> <p>Please jeera...improve your staff</p>
