I had a credit facility which I paid up in full and closed with discovery. Their collections department has locked my primary account twice since for a payment not made for an account that no longer exists. The same department that locks your account doesn’t work on weekends and is therefore unreachable via telephone. I have an open complaint logged with the complaints department for an exec to assist me, their support department tell me the turn around time for this is 21 days’ here is my ref number: 24517611 Ask yourself: if it takes them 21 days to attend to your complaint, how many complaints must there be? They are able to immediately lock you out of your own account, revoke your access to your own money as they see fit. Is this the right bank for you? Would you trust these people with your livelihood?

I have quite simply put - had the worst customer support experience ever from Banggood.com Because of this - i will no longer support Banggood and rather take my business to GearBest.com Reason: I got a new bank card - they black listed me for this! I've been told by them that they cannot unblock me - that i have to open a new account ?! This is SUCH BULL**** ! How on earth can you NOT unblock an account??? I dealt with IVY and Cloris IVY askes me this: Please can you send me photos of the "stolen" credit card ?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? Firstly - i told them 100 times it's not stolen it's lost. but regardless, stolen or lost - how do you send photos of something you don't have? Anyways - I've asked for management to contact me. They keep saying management is not available. Goodbye Banggood, i will take my business to GearBest from now on and i'll advise all friends to do the same.
