I placed an Order on Pick n Pay ASAP app on the 3/12/2022 hoping to receive my order the same day, however they said i will receive my order the next day. I then decided to cancel the order as i needed the products urgently. I canceled and requested a refund, to this day i am still waiting for my money. They lie to me everyday about my redund. Poor Service ever
I took the car to KWM, early January. They invoiced me R13400 and asked me to pay R9000 upfront, i paid the R9000. Then Liberty promised me that the car will be fixed by their workshop. Now that they failed to fix the car, i went and take it 2 weeks back and asked for my refund. They are now telling me thata they took my car to thierd parties and they are charging me towing and diagnostic from 3 different workshops and they will only refund me R2050. 00 They even gave my car back without a battery.
