Look and Listen Hillfox has the most atrocious customer service.

The staff have attitude and they are rude and unhelpful.

It is impossibe to find a contact number for Look and Listen Hillfox online and the Look and Listen website no longer exists. Because of the above mentioned I phoned the Hillfox Centre office for a contact numnber and they inturn gave me a whole list of cell phone numbers. After dialing one number after the other and having the phone slammed in my ear I eventually got through and the guy who answered then asked me "Why are you phoning on this number?" It seems they are using the staff's cell numbers as the contact numbers for the store. The guy whith whom I was talking to was not helpful at all and he had an attitude like he's irretated with having to deal with a customer. I asked him if the store had a landline so I may phone him back on the landline and he said "Yes" when I asked him for the number I was met with silence. I then asked why I can't find the store's numbe online and I was again met with silence. This is the response I received when I asked if their website is down "The website was shut down two and a half years ago, we don't need a website, it's too expensive to run." I then asked him if he could look on their system to see if they have a specific classical CD in stock and his immediate response was "It's out of stock", considering his split second response I'm pretty sure he did not even bother to look the CD up. I then heard "Bye" on the other end of the line and the call was cut off.

I've ordered a DVD from Look and Listen over two and half years ago while they were still in Clear Water Mall and I have still not received it, nor have I received any correspondence regarding the said DVD. Everytime I go in store the query the arrival of the DVD I'm told they have not received it yet as the crate overseas has not been filled yet and then I'm told to come back.

The lack of in store service is asstounding, when you walk into the store you are ingnored from the word go. I went in store in December 2016 and there were two staff member standing at the door having a converstion, I approached them and waited to be helped but I was ignored and after several minutes I decided to walk way and seek assistance from another. The next staff member I approached turned and walked away while I was addresing him, the person after that turned their back on me and started flipping through CD's while ignoring me. The person behind the counter was standing on his cell phone, when I approached he walked away behind a half closed curtain into which looks like a tea room as there were several staff members in this room sitting around on their cell phones and some were drinking coffee or tea. I heard him speak with these people and a girl came out from behind the curtain, she looked at me and then turned around and went back inside the room and no one came out again. I had to go back to the two guys who were standing at the door and asked them to help me, they then told me to ask "that guy" pointing at the guy who turned his back on me and ignored me, when I approached him he then told me wait for him to call someone else to help me. Once I was helped I then had to stand another 10 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to come from the "tea room" to ring up my purchase while the staff in the "tea room" are arguing about who is going to come out and help me, the fact that I could see and hear them did not seem to matter to them. If it was not urgent that I had to buy RW CD's that day and it had not been that I could not find them elsewhere because most shops were out of stock I would not have bothered to go to Look and Listen Hillfox.
