trying to upgrade since 26 January 2026. went to the Langberg mall branch 6 times. - CANT HELP Went again last week (15th) my profile is not on the system. Was told within 24 - 48 hours we will contact you. regarding this issue and tell you witch way forward. one week later still waiting. Tried phoning the branch 2 days in a row. No answer Phoned Heiderand branch no answer. MTN NO SERVICE!!!!!! NO CLIENT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST EMPTY PROMISSES
Since Jan 2026btrying tonuograde my contract. Keep on promising me they will sort it out. Get me all excited for a new device. Only to find out there is a problem. The dont let you know you must ohone the branch again and again. If they answer they will make promises to sort you iut but that never happens. My contract is done end of month. I am looking for another service provider. MTN is just not the same.
Since 2020 there was a *****ulent flag on my account. I was ****med out of money. In order for me to remove it I had to close my account and open a new one. Easy. My card was cut to pieces and 2 hours later still no new account. Andile who was assisting me kept phoning and emailing head office but no one could help him. I went back later that same day and upon a reply from HQ saying he should phone when I am in the bank., well 45 min later and many rerouted and dropped calls I am still without an account. I cant even access previous bank statements. I feel like Capitec decided I dont need a bank account. 3 weeks later and still no feedback from the bank. Still no bank account. I must just switch to another bank who can and will assist me. Thank you Andile for the effort you put in to help me.
In this store you will ALWAYS find empty shelves, Dirty/cluttered isles and items with NO PRICE TAGS. The cashiers are not very friendly with a few exceptions. Management is totally oblivious to their problems and if asked for assistance it feels like you are bothering them with nonsense. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by having a grocery store near you. Cashiers will not greet you and continue with conversations to other cashiers/staff/friends. Manager Anton has an attitude if asked for assistance. Product prices are either not there or the prices are showing the article to be on the top shelve where it actually is on the bottom shelve. Very confusing if you are in a hurry.
Had breakfast on 19 January 2023. Ordered a omelet a received baked eggs which was broken and covered with cheese and ham. When I mentioned to the manager, he said it was omelet they just don't close it. The staff was not very friendly. I have pictures to show.
The security stopped me entering the store with empties Told me they dont accept empties
they would not accept empty bottles. Very rude store assistant waited at door to sanitise my hands and told me they dont accept empties
I am having trouble with my open view decoder for 3 days now. I phoned the customer service and was given a Whatsapp number to be helped quicker. I send my first whatsapp 14:00 on 9/1/20 and until 20:00 no reply. The person running the whatsapp was online a few times but did not take the time to look at my messages. I had my box lbm and wires checked and all is working perfectly. Just wish customer service will wake up and help their customers
After 3 weeks still no call back from an agent They decide what I want. All I want is my FULL CASH REFUND. ASAP
