I bought a device a while ago hardly ever used it because it was actually quite horrible looked cute but worked terribly... The way ikhokha transactions work i like but i do feel the machine was such a waste of money for me... I asked them about selling the machine because id actually like to buy another machine from that has much better buttons... I do feel like i am a bit annoyed because i still wanted to do business with them and at the end of the day they would still be making money i dont see why its a problem
<p>Quality of the food has gone down I'm really annoyed at how unhealthy the food has become from honey Portuguese feel to commercial butter chicken... literally BUTTER with a little bit of chicken my boyfriend was so sick after eating.. unfortunately we had to eat the food because we had hardly eaten yesterday and had bought this. We started eating here because it tasted better than nandos and it was way cheaper at this point nandos has seems to up their game and therefore we don't mind spending like 10/20 bucks more... the rice is never consistent one day I get enough to feed 3 people other days it's literally just enough for me! The extras come in the smallest petitions ever... don't even bother asking for extra anything you'll just get annoyed at how small the portions are... I always give people benefit of the doubt because it's what I would want from my clients but 3 times in a row getting progressively worse! I also don't complain unless I've been completely pushed off the edge and I guess yesterday was the worst time I think having nandos the night before and we paid the same price but actually enjoyed our food..! I also see many people complain on their frangalo Facebook page without them even responding I think it shows that they don't care about client satisfaction at all! Nor have I seen them own up and apologize... </p>
<p>Atmosphere is great with good service and reasonable pricing. Have had a problem with the food one time but other than that food is usually amazing</p>
