My credit card is due for renewal beginning 1 September. After 3 weeks, still no card. Then I get told today that my details with Nedbank are not up to date by the couriers. Now Nedbank says that my details are correct but that the courier's need to deliver to my house. This is ridiculous because my husband and me are both at work! I am at work. If I wanit it delivered to my work, I need to change my address on my account to my work's . I have been a client of Nedbank for a long time. I do not expect to get treated like I am not important.
Again! Appointment I made whist away, which I did not!.! What is your problem!! Looked at a subdivided house, no.144 and not 146. Are your reps blind! My house number is in 2 places! And then asked by Vodacom sms if I liked my purchase - 21.02.2022. What purchase Vodacom! - 2 witnesses, I was out when your rep phoned and at the wrong house! I am done. You will not stand up in a court of law for a purchase I did not make on this date and secondly, I want nothing to do with you going forwards!
I have had it up to my neck with these meter readers. I have told them over and over again that they will not be able to gain access to my property when I am at work. There are sensors, an alarm and my security company. I email them my meter readings every month . This is not captured in time and then they give a late reading changing the datee of their reading back to my day of my reading.
You ask for the hot salt spice and never get This is Redruth, Lakeside and Northnrad. This had hsppened ovrr 3 times. Nothing gets done. Do uou not keep this spice anymorr?
I am still waiting for my rooter. Your rep was here in November full of promises. Free rooter in 6 weeks. It is February tmrw. Do the maths! In the meantime , my calls are interrupted to my children overseas, data wasted and not refunded. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Please shove your rooter and sweet talk where it belongs!!
I asked them after 5 phone calls, to move the tracker from my daughter's car that was sold today and put it n the new car. Guess what! It never happened. They keep hanging up on you, you spend a good 5 to 10 minutes on hold. I wonder what would happen to your car if it is stolen!
I am still waIting for my issue with them to be resolved. Nothing has been resolved since October. I want an explanation and a refund of my data that they wasted.
2 of my kids live in the UK. 5 if not more calls were cut to them,no reception, tonight. You hsve wasted my data and in the event of an emergency, I cannot call out. You should be ashamed of yourselves! This is disgusting! Your call centre people do not know where the UK is. 3 x she asked and where was your call to after I told her. I willl be looking to transfer to a new probider
I recently renovated my house and my garden took a beating. I decided to visit Lots of Pots on North Rand Road, Boksburg. They have beautiful pots, garden furniture, fountains, plants and paving with a lot more other items for your garden. I will definately recommend them to my friends. Their service is fantastic, I got friendly advice, their prices are reasonable and their delivery fee is a good price. For many years I drove past and never went in. Now I am there every second Saturday. My favourite place to go to now.
