I purchased a voucher for a massage using my PayPal account. Unfortunately before I could use it the coronavirus hit, and I received a notification that they would no longer be able to offer the service. I contacted Groupon to get a refund and even though I paid with my cash, they were only willing to reimburse me as a Groupon credit. As I don't shop on Groupon very often this wasn't acceptable, I used the money out of my bank account and want the money to go back there. They are utter crooks.
<p>I wanted to buy a dash cam that was advertised at US29.99. They tried to overcharge me and after numerous emails to and fro, even after I sent photos, they told me it was no longer at that price, I found it advertised again at that price, with a 3 - 5 day delivery time frame. Not well over a month, and when I tried to cancel the order there was no correspondence from them. Needless to say that no where on the ad does it state it won't actually work at all unless it's plugged in. Even plugged in, whenever it decides it switches itself off. Biggest piece of **** I've ever bought. Stay away from these rogues</p>
