We have paid money upfront for a print job that we didn't sign off artwork for and the job was all incorrect. We were told after complaining that they would buy the raw items for us and redo the job at no cost. 3 weeks later and my client still does not have her stuff. Nobody responds via e-mail, whatsapp, nor phone. Most numbers are out of service.
<p>I have been contemplating on moving banks for a while now, and I think it is most definitely time!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent 2 DIFFERENT applications in; one 13 days ago and one 10 days ago. I have not received any response, nor a courtesy call thus far!</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service leaves much to be desired. I will be moving to another bank that offers better client service.</p>
