They do not refund!!!
On 23 September 2025 I placed an order the evening. On the 24th I received a message saying it will be shipped from China and I am responsible for the import tax. Within minutes I respond to cancel my order as I was unaware it needs to be imported. After going back and forth for a few days I received a message on 29 September that my refund was processed and will take up to 15 business days to reflect. Today 17 October 2025 when i followed up I was told "sorry your refund is still processing"... It is 15 business days after they told me it is already processed!!!!

A happy client turned into unhappy client...
Bought a ULE Armor X5 from them last year, loved the phone so much that some of my friends and family also bought it. Mine broke (my fault), so I ordered the ULE Armor X8 and paid for express delivery as I needed a phone asap. 2 Days later I phoned them, sorry we are out of stock, new stock will arrive in over a week. Firstly why must I phone you after I paid for express delivery, you could've phoned me and told me. Then they said they have a Blackview BL5100 that is better than the X8 and R300 cheaper. They refunded me the R300 and I received the Blackview the next day. IT IS NOT BETTER! The battery doesn't last longer than that of my X5 (the Blackview has a bigger battery), the camera quality is worse than that of the X5, the android auto does not work, it is supposed to be water and dust proof but the charger port has no cover. I phoned their help desk and told them that I am not happy, they said the will look into it and phone me the next day, they never did... I sent them a review privately raising my concerns, a manager phoned me and said he would phone me the next day, another call I have not received.... I will stop recommending them, I will do the opposite from now on....

Poor service
We went to the Flamwoodwalk branch to apply for a revolving loan. On arrival the first gentleman to assist us was very helpful. He then called a guy named Marcus to assist us with the application, you could see on his face he was in no mood to assist us. He left us waiting for 10min. Eventually he came to assist. He asked my wife for her ID she said she only had her driver's licence with her. He said it must be an ID. He asked another guy that said no the driver's licence is perfect. Marcus then stood up, walked away and came back in like 1 min. Saying no sorry he can't help us as he must have an ID, he turned around and walked away. We already have a credit account with you that we got from that same branch. We will pay that loan ASAP and you will never see us again.

I will never support KFC Matlosana again!
Me, my wife and 6year old son went to KFC in Matlosana mall in Klerksdorp, we were the only people at that store at that moment, our hands got sanitized and we went to order. As we reached the counter we where told that only one of us was allowed at the counter due to social distancing. I explained we are a family and want to look at the menu and order, he did not care and said that does not matter as only one of us was allowed at the counter... We went to steers next door...

I posted a review on 6 Oct 2020. Stating we ordered something from them on 29Aug2020 that was supposed to be shipped 21Sep2020. They replied to my review saying it would get resolved... They have not yet made any attempt to contact me.

We ordered (and paid) from them on 29Aug2020. They said it would be shipped in the week of 21Sep2020. We have yet to receive anything from them and can't get hold of them at all.

Account settled 2 months back, still reflecting on my name!
I wrote a review on 29Aug2020 about an account that was settled 2 months ago and it still reflections on my name. The next day I received a call from a lady saying if I send her the POP she will get it resolved the same day... It is still reflecting on my name!!!

Account settled 2 months back, still reflecting against me.
Tracker handed me over to them due to non payment, I went through a rough patch, I settled the account 2 months back but it is still reflecting against me. I have sent the POP numerous times to different people who said they would get it sorted, yet it is not sorted.
