If you are unlucky enough to use them NEVER pay upfront because your furniture will not be done properly ! This is by far the worst experience I've had with a supplier. 1. owner does not answers to emails/messages (unless it's a request for a quote) ; you will be constantly following up with, and he may eventually grace you with a reply weeks later. This is the reason why i'm writing this complaint is because Lionel has not responded to my follow ups for 2 weeks. 2. He's always full of excuses why delivery is late: electricity failure that goes on for days; staff issues etc. 3. quality of work is very POOR: chips , scratches and dirty fingerprints on paintwork; lining coming out from underneath upholstery fabric, and many many more 4. I ordered my 3 side cabinets to be painted black, they arrived 2 months later but WHITE Lionel should not be allowed to provide any services as he cannot deliver a good product, a good service to save his life.
