<p>Yesterday i requested a request for a quotation and the day after, my email was read by Carmen Fourie @ 07:41 this morning i sent another mail complaing at 10 :45 as i was not getting a response. below is the response from Carmen Fourie at company, they obvious do not value customers that's not worth the big bucks,they have no customer service or email etiquette which tells allot, I will contact the CEO as well and write a review of my expierance with his / her as well as for Carmen Fourie i wont recommend any one deal with her. </p> <p> </p> <p>Response from Cargo Logistics:</p> <p>Claire,</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your frustrated letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>As I only received the mail last night at 18h25 and I was already at home, and this morning I actually had some meetings - so I’m so sorry that I can not meet your standards of a turn around time of 15 minutes, as my turn around time on quotations is 24h00.</p> <p> </p> <p>So feel free to write if you need to as I can not jump for a one ton load once a year agains my regular clients with 32 ton a day</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
