Travelquest is shocking

Super shocking experience. I requested a hotel close to Eiffel Tower anf in the city. They put me in a hotel next to the train station that has refugees sleeping in tents and people begging all over the place. So much for using a service by people that should enspire people to travel. This is sad to know that if this was my firts time in Paris I would have never came back after this horrible experience.
