Horrible
The dog she promised is not the dog you get. I received a very sick puppy. Horrible experience. If it is the dog breed she promised I am very disappointed.

Unacceptable Client serves
The client of HTI insurance broker drove into me. I've contacted them first, but they never sent me the forms i need to complete. After months of requesting and not getting any feedback, i asked the client to please ask them directly what is going on and they said they did not receive my documents that i sent back the same day. They work with Hollard and i am begging them for a update, but just get pushed to Hollard who never come back to me either.

Very dissapointd
Never before have I received as bad serves as with Hollard. A well known company with a good name, you definitely expect more. No communication at all on my claim in 3 months. Unacceptable service.
