Tattoo removal

<p>I bouht a product 123 tattoo free. I pay my sessions and afther 3 sesions its not gone so i phone the bussnes who did the prosedure  and tell them its making bumps on my skin and it itches and its not cone,so the lady told me no she said i must come in and pay again and see maybe it wil be cone, so i didnt go i tell her way must i pay for a product you  garenteed the tattoos wil be cone afther 3 sesions, so she said no but the tattoos is done very good and its difficult to get out. I said but i told you its done profesionly and you said its no preblem before you start the session. So all of this happend last year and still i have the bumps on and it still itches. Please what can i do</p>
