We moved out of the property in Dec 2017 and still have not been paid the full deposit back. After more than 1 year of pushing we eventually got a portion paid out, but there were reinstatement charges incorrectly deducted. We have eventually got confirmation that the check out was clear, but can't get anyone to resolve the issue. We are never called back when we are told we will be and our emails are either ignored, or passed on to someone else who ignores them. It was been immensely frustrating. I would definitely not risk renting a property through CW Excellerate again.
