I have wrote couples of times here but sara has not responded.I also tried to reach out for my matter but I've been sent back and forth. What's a way forward,do I visit the branch even when they advice not to come to the branche
I'm so disappointed π still I have been waiting for my refund for over a month heading to two months soon ,I called SARS asking for clarity and answers why till now I'm still waiting. I am told that the matter is escalated to the flag department even today same thing and to my suprise I also find out that my account is not working which I doubt cause I resubmited everything. My heart breaks because everytime one owes SARS THEY ARE AFTER US BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU ,WE have to go through depression. Since SARS has failed me where too should I report this matter ? Please can anyone help me what is flag that is stopping me to get my refund,I don't owe sars and they agreed I don't owe instead I paid more when I was owing them ,please π₯Ί
Good day, I am so disappointed by SARS ,I submitted all relevant documents needed for my tax return and changed bank account which has been successfully approved,yet till today I haven't received any refund that is due to me ,no correspondence was sent out to my email. The turn around time has elapsed till this current I have not received any refund,I was told or informed of 21days which has already elapsed since 15 and 16 July 2025 which is a month now . I called in today and I'm told that they will have to escalate it again,but they don't know how long will I have to wait . Can I ask what is the purpose of one submiting all relevant documents when still it will take forever to make payment but when you owe them they make sure ! I am really disappointed π Does this show incompetency? Please help π
I am so disappointed with the company,Iade payment arrangements to move my debit order to another bank and was informed that I was late to do so , therefore I made a payment sent proof of payment from my new bank π standard bank. Same day 25th July fasta debited on my old account fnb same amount.wgen I try reach out they are asking same thing with no solution. I requested a reversal but till today I haven't been assisted . I try to reach out via support portal but no assistance instead it keeps on requesting same document. I don't even reach their landline number as I can't get through. Please help I'm frustrated as I need to pay other debtors with the money they took. Can fasta loans call me urgently to resolve this issue
Good day I need assistance on my Vodacom contract,they debited twice on the 27 th of June 2025 an amount of r414.99 and r495.51 to my suprise the other account doesn't belong to me the amount that needs to be clarified as to why and refunded is r414.99 Can Vodacom call me and rectify my enquiry
Even today I'm still waiting for my refund ,as the company debited my account yet I have paid up the account. I'm so disappointed because now I have been sent to credit bearau by another company as Missed their payment because of the debit order that this frustrating company took ,knowing very well that I do not owe them. One of the reason I paid up the OnAirv account was they were frustrating me so much I am now going to take this issue further by involving lawyers who can assist me with this case.
Good day everyone, I would like to express my deepest frustration with regards to this company,first they sent my name to credit bearau saying I have errors unpaid on my account then I decided to settle the account paid full,they send me a paid up letter right.Boom few days later I get messages saying my account is in error I should pay ,I then made means I emailed to get more info only to find out that there was a delay on their side to update my account and close it.Yesteday boon they debit on my account which then shows they tried to debit still on the 30th June 2025 .I sent email requesting refund ,but now I have to wait 21days for something I didn't cause πand that money I need to pay for another active debit order of another company now I have to be frustrated to wait .who is going to pay for my interest accumulated on the miss debit order for another company? I'm frustrated,can someone please help ,should I involve lawyers on this ?
Good day , I need help I app**** for Mr price bigger buy in February and it was approved for buying in store only and not online which I wasn't aware off,then I went to the shop to purchase things I thought I'd find since they were available online but unfortunately I couldn't find anything so I decided not to shop . The offer has an expiry date which passed after I didn't continue with using it . Toy suprise when I checked my credit score it appears and affects my credit score because it shows that I do have an account due r15.000 I called Mr price bigger buy with the issue I was adviced that they will close it and they will send the paid up letter but till today I haven't received anything and it still appears on my credit score check and affects it. What should I do ,please help
I am so disappointed with MTn ,I'm a new client for a month to month contract home router that I signed about last week. To my surprise today it has increased and that was without my knowledge. No communication was sent out to me not even email. I am so disappointed by the lack of communication MTN has. How do I cancel my contract once I have paid?
This is a **** ,they call and pretend to be clearing out your name from NCR only to find out they are listing you into debt review. I'm so angry right now as I spoke to naledi simelani consultant and she nearly put me in debt review and I never app**** for it .
