<p>Am kinda confused & ****ed by I-direct/indirect.. We took out a compressive cover which normally/basically covers mostly everything on/in the car but now they twisting our arm by saying we wer supposed to say that our radio was an after market wen we wer buying th policy telephonically.. It took them 4 months to tell us all this ****!! Took Nathan Kunene 3 & half months to see things & he's manger Mr Lawrence 2 weeks to gt back to us regarding a claim of only R1000-R1300
