seal a fridge

<p>horrible custmer care, I bought a seal  . The qoute was quick and it looks like they are providing services. on the qoute they specified that during installation if the seal don't fit they vahrge 360 . after doing the payment i was advised thatthey no longer do installation. I asked them to deliver they say they dont deliver . I asked my  husband to go and collect after the collection we got a technisian to  fit the seal and the seal does not fit and it is even thinner than the old ones we had. I send a email to find out about the process of returning , Sharon become so route and said they don't return they can only resize . I have to confirm the size get the tape and measure the fridge and it will cost me 80. </p> <p> </p> <p>I only needed my refund she rudly said she can't help me because on the qoute they said i need confirm the measurement. the website looked ligitimate  now I have to hold on to something that i can use while they keep my money</p> <p> </p>
