The Terrible company that eats your money and hand you over to their lawyers

<p>Around 2009/2010 I went to Zone Fitness Rondebosch to cancel my Gym membership due to injury that I had and I couldnt Gym, if I'm not mistaken my contract was finished if not almost finished. The assistant there told me its fine it would be cancelled, however; the next debit order will still go off my bank account. Until today that was the last debit order from The Zone Fitness.</p> <p>But now I am so shocked to be getting phone calls from Zone Fitness lawyers, Credit Worx telling me that I have been handed over to them because I owe Zone fitness +-R600????? How? For when is this? If I owe them money why didnt they take it from my bank account that time? I have never changed my bank account, I still use the same bank account since 2003. </p> <p>I am now been harrassed by lawyers phone calls everyday, morning and evenings?? For what? Because you guys are greedy and someone didnt do their job right there??</p> <p>I need you guys to stop calling me and remove this gym from my name. With everything that's happening with our economy, do you guys think someone has time for Chancers like Zone Fitness. Just so you know by law if you say someone owes you and you dont make contact for 3years and more, it leaves you with no right to collect from that person. This is against consumer pretection law!!!!!</p>
