<p>Our geyser has bursted and Outsurance prescribed National Leak Detection.</p> <p>1. The louisa lady who is the frontman on the phone is rude and unhelpfull to say the least</p> <p>2. The service was booked as a ":replace the geaser" (needles to say.... the plumber rocked up with now geyser) it then took the install 5 hours to be completed.</p> <p>3. After the install i was not given any paperwork or guarantee and the plumber did not do any testing for water presure.</p> <p>4. The water presure is terrible but i gave it a week now with the hope that it was a self resolving issue as I have come accross such before.</p> <p>5. this morning the geyser started rattling in the roof when i open the tap.</p> <p>6. Louisa (the very helpfull frontman says there is no way they take responsability and the insurance has to be called again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Leak detedction........ we found a leak in your company.</p>
