Great Service from Xtreme Thermo Systems
Tarry and his team are professional, and workmanship is excellent. Two aircons installed in a few hours excellent service. I would highly recommend Xtreme Thermo Systems to anyone looking for good prices and great service.

Stay away from Bonitas!!!!
If it was possible i would give zero stars. Don't join this medical aid if you are in the market for medical aid as you will end up forking out so much money and they will refuse to pay for anything when you need it. Even using their recommended network hospital, they will not pay the agreed scheme rate which was agreed by them. just stay away from this medical aid fund.

Don't join Supersonic! extremely bad customer service.
I wish it were possible to give zero stars, over a year trying to get an issue resolved which was caused by their own error, still no resolution in sight. My advice to anyone reading this post beware of the extremely terrible customer service provided by supersonic. There is no form of escalation process should you have any issues. I have contacted the call center multiple times spoken to multiple agents, always given the exact same answer "We apologize we will escalate this with billing", there is no contact for anyone in billing who, i have had cases logged twice with no response thereafter, my last case was logged in May of this year, following up on any cases is a lost cause because nobody knows anything and nobody, not a single soul is able to provide any sort of assistance. Even writing this post will prove another waste of time but hopefully is saves someone else the waste of time by deterring them from joining supersonic.

Stay Away from Supersonic
If possible i would give zero stars, Month after month struggle after struggle call after call, having to explain over and over the same issue to every single call center agent to be told the same thing, be given a case number and sent away while i await the matter to be resolved to only the next month receive my bill still incorrect. Even after posting my previous complaint still the service is so bad that i just want to cancel it but even that cannot be done. 7 months trying to resolve my issue, My advice stay far far away from Supersonic.

4 Months of terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. After numerous calls to the call center having been advised every time the problem would be resolved the problem still persists three months down the line. Promises to get called back once it has been escalated each time but have not received any kind of commination after until i raise the issue again the following month all this watching my monthly bill continuously rise while still receiving the incorrect services.
