I'm so fed by now with Take Alot it's been 3 weeks since I ordered the 1st tool set , and I still haven't received my order!!! CAN IT BE SO DIFFICULT TO GET A DECENT ANSWER???? firstly my order was canceled due to no stock so I ordered again, and since then the 2nd order is now hanging in the air for 2 weeks and has not shipped yet, the delivery date is two day passsed. every assistant I speak to says they are following up and never from them again. I've sent multiple emails and no answer, I've phoned 35 times and nobody picks up the phone. WHAT am I supposed to do??? I'll really go nuts and put this nonsense on social media and distribute it everywhere with my face showing I don't care as this customer service is ridiculous. ****ed off client
Worst client client service ever! Have been a Jets client for 22 years and disgusted for bad service. Im trying to cancel an airtime discount subscription added onto my account and it has been "cancelled" 3 times all ready and still im being charged for it monthly. And worst of all, i havent received a cent for airtime on my phone, being billed every month but no airtime being send to my phone! Tomorrow I've got an appointment with my lawyer to get this sorted, tired of phoning and spending money on phone calls to get the issue sorted. Jet you will definitely hear from my laywer soon.
Very very upset! I've agreed to a new subscription on my Jets account to receive airtime at a discount price from Vodacom. Agreed to all terms and yes asked alot of questions. R39 for R55 airtime on a monthly basis. Its now 72 hours later and still no airtime! Money has been added to my Jets account allready. Believe me tried everything to communicate with Jets to try and resolve issue with no luck. Spoke to 8 consultants allready and still no resolution! ....pls hold...pls hold to the next department. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Good day. This is a really "sh#$%" dealer to buy a motorcycle from! I bought a Z1000 Kawasaki motorcycle CASH and up until now i haven't received my licence or Natis papers or anything. I been talking to the sales man (Pierre) and the secretary (Cindy), a couple of times and every time there is an excuse. I paid CASH on 20 April 2019 and have been having arguments with this dealer ever since and still no paperwork received. I can't register the motorcycle on my name (which they said i can't do as they are a dealer, and I paid for R1500 for this to be done, where I offered to do it myself!, they refused) I can't get a license disc done, I can't make number plates! This is ridiculous, they said they waiting for the Natis paper's?? and then they couldn't get the license done at municipality and and and....which I phone the municipality and there was no problem with the license department, (Pierre said the license department was offline for a few weeks). I did warn Pierre that I'm going to put a complaint on Helo Peter and he laughed about it. I left it another week and still no response form TRD Motorcycles. I'm fed up with these people as they just ignore you flat and I can't get my motorcycle on the road or legally on my name. Would you please help me out here?? This is now a few weeks from 20/4/2019 to 24/5/2019. Which it was promised it will be done in 2 weeks. Francois Rykaart ********** 406 Thank you
Good afternoon Yes me complaining about Clientele Life - Hospital plan AGAIN!! Just last month they paid me back my money for accidentally deducting the money off my account AGAIN as my plan was cancelled previously 3 times!. As soon as money went into my account on Friday 18/8/2017 the freaken money was deducted off account AGAIN. This is absolute ********** How difficult can it be to cancel this plan, and how many times must I spend R50 airtime to phone these people to cancel this plan??? I spoke to Sunette lady and she promised me over the phone this plan is cancelled but look at this now....... I think i'm going to see my lawyer now to sort this out, this is useless people!!! <p>Good day. I'm really disguseted with Clientele's absoluut SH... service. I've phoned a couple of time to cancel my hospital plan, and send emails and and and..... Cause I can't afford to pay it anymore and unemployed for a few months! Everytime I get a casual jobby to buy food the freaken Clientel Hospital plan money goes off my account!! Don't you people realise how serious I am to get rid of this plan??? I went to the bank and tried to cancel the debit order but they refuse cause Clientel doesn't give the permission. The plan is cancelled 3 months ago but the money still being taken from my account. I made a complaint on 14 Feb 2017, cause I was struggeling my nails off to get a another contract with Vodacom, eventually hello peter jumped in and it was resolved. But now I'm having a problem with the same contract one month later!! I don't receive my airtime or my data, and my 5 GB data which I had on my cell is also missing??? (which is supposed to expire end May 2017). I tried phoning customer care but that's a waste. I went to the vodacom shop and they also couldn't help, first they said I DON"T have a contract and then there is one but there is a problem?? They can't tell me what the problem is but I must wait 3-5 days, to see if someone phones me for a service call! Now you tell me what is the point in having a contract phone if you can't use it and need to use prepaid airtime to do your work with?? My debit order hasn't gone off as well. </p> <p>So now I'm asking for HELLO PETER to help out again. PLEASE!</p>
<p>Vodacom is absolutely rediculious! Tried now for a week to get a new contract and service is up to Sh@t!! It seems that they don't need new customers! I'll try another network.</p>
