<p> After visiting the doctor in the first week of January I was sent for blood tests. After numerous calls they informed me that no blood tests have been received. This morning after receiving the bill I decided this was enough. After phoning the receptionist no answer could be provided as to were my blood reports are. I then asked that they urgently check and give me feedback. I received another call from Chanelle. She informed me that no news is good news!!!. My blood results were received on the 5th of January allready!. This is in no way the service standard one expects from a Doctor!. While patients sit and worry about the news and or expensive accounts while no feedback is given. I will not recommend family med to any one. The chances are good that this post will be ignored just like my results!. Regards very disappointed patient.</p>
