I am extremely unhappy with the service and treatment I’ve received from the dealership. From the moment I made the purchase, they were quick to close the sale, but once the car started having issues, the dealership completely dodged addressing the faults. I’ve repeatedly brought the car back, raising the same concerns each time, only to be downplayed and misled. My issues were never taken seriously, and I was repeatedly assured that everything would be resolved, but that simply never happened. Every time I returned, I was given false assurances that the car was fixed, only for the same issues to persist. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability and responsibility from the dealership. They were quick to take my money, but when it came to actually resolving the problems, they either ignored or downplayed them. I’ve been treated with complete disregard, and my concerns have been brushed aside as if they don’t matter. To add insult to injury, much of my communication with the dealership was lost when my phone was ******, and I’m now left with no evidence of the promises made or the issues discussed. The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and utterly disappointing. At this point, I have no trust in the dealership’s ability or willingness to fix the problems. I feel completely let down and disrespected. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and I am demanding a resolution - either a full repair or a complete refund. This has been a truly awful experience, and I hope others are made aware of the poor treatment I’ve received.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Gym Company Boskruin. I joined based on their "Gym for Free" promotion, where I was promised one free month of membership for each friend I referred, with a total of three months. Since I referred three friends back in September last year, I have yet to receive any free months, despite multiple assurances from Malcolm and Calvin. After numerous attempts to contact Malcolm and a series of ignored calls and emails, I am left with no choice but to cancel my membership and move to Planet Fitness. What’s even more disappointing is that I have been charged for months I should not have been, considering the free months I was promised. I am requesting a full refund for the months I was incorrectly charged and would like to ensure this issue is resolved as soon as possible. This is a serious case of false advertising and a complete lack of accountability from the management. I trusted Gym Company Boskruin, but I can no longer do so after this experience. I expect a refund for the unjustly charged months and proper closure on this matter. Gym Company Boskruin, it’s time to address your failure to deliver and treat your customers with respect.

<p>This is an open letter to DionWired</p> <p>I am absolutely disgusted in your service and at the fact that you sell your customers defective products I mean 2 brand new external hard drives in less than 5 months???</p> <p>So some details into this whole issue...</p> <p>1stly my seagate 1TB hard drive ended up crashing causing me to lose all my work photos music and everything else that was on it...</p> <p>2nd I brought back the defective hard drive to be replaced and you gave me a Western digital one because you had no stock of the seagate ones I had purchased initially</p> <p>3rd and most annoying problem... the Western digital drive fails and I bring it back on my guarantee and you refuse to replace it because of some stupid policy that the drive has to be checked before it can be replaced...</p> <p>My question is why wasn't I given my money back and why was I not told that this was the policy that I now had to follow!!! If I had known this I wouldn't have taken the WD drive cause I know you guys have a history with broken appliances being sold... I mean there hasn't been a single time where I've visited the shop and there wasn't a person busy screaming at the unhelpful staff behind the counter...</p> <p>I paid good money for this hard drive and now 2 weeks after taking it in you have no idea what's going on with it and you drop the phone on me!!!</p> <p>Absolute rubbish I will never ever buy anything or refer a friend to you guys ever again!!!
