Nissan Qashqai

Panel beater phones us to collect the vehicle at closing time and cannot see us initially to answer questions. Quote was given to respray the bumper and only half complete. Left rear light was to be fixed and I left with the right light clips broken leaving the light loose. They were very apprehensive to answer why the work was incomplete and telling me that because my car is so old it was handed to them with the right rear light broken. Owner came across very rude and because my husband raised his voice he told us to get out of his workshop. Treating a customer like they are nothing and because we were paid upfront there is nothing we can do about their sloppy work.
